Lovely hotel Richard and Simon made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Accommodation five minutes from the pier. Plenty of Refreshments of tea, coffee, bottled water and chocolates in room. Beautiful breakfast with lots of choice. Highly recommended.

We have been coming to Brighton for years and stayed in a number of different guest houses. This one beats all the others hand down. Richard and Simon made my wife and I feel so very welcome. They are both such genuine guys, gently spoken and always there with a warm smile. The house and rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and... More

I would highly recommend this establishment, it did not feel like a B&B more like a boutique hotel. We received a courtesy call prior to our arrival and were warmly greeted by the hosts Lin and June, we were told the owners were away on a well deserved break. Our room was beautifully decorated and very spacious, lovely view from... More

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 2 nights (fri-sun). We had a wonderful welcome on arival at the hotel. However the only negetive point was the parking, although this could not be helped and i had previously spoken to the manager about what to expect on the phone during booking. I was given my two parking permits which covered... More

I have never stayed at such a lovely B&B ,it is far better than many other hotel rooms that I have stayed in . The owners were on holiday themselves , however their very good friends gave us a very warm welcome and they recommended so many good places to go to . We absolutely loved our room , it... More

Stayed in this lovely guest house for two nights as part of a business trip, and made to feel very welcome by the friendly owners. Parking is typically haphazard, as it is for the whole of Brighton, but I was lucky to get a space only a few yards away, and £10 for a 24 hour parking permit is decent... More

The best breakfast, the cleanest room, and just lovely owners. Managed to grab a parking space right outside, this place is minutes walk from everything worth going to in brighton. We had a lovely big room and could see the sea from the window too.

My boyfriend and I spent two nights at Brightonwave last weekend and would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Brighton. The place was lovely, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and the cooked breakfasts in the morning were delicious! All in all they made for a wonderful weekend!

I stayed two nights in this wonderful hotel with my sister. Everything was just glorious, from the friendly welcome to the lovely room, perfect breakfast and central location. The attention to detail was amazing. I just wished we hadn't started in Brighton as it was definitely the highlight of our week's holiday all the subsequent places we stayed didn't match... More
