We stayed at Brightonwave over a cold winter Saturday and Sunday. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, the room was large, well furnished, warm and comfortable. Great location with the sea visible from the bay window, close to the pier and the Lanes. Fabulous fresh and well cooked breakfast. Lovely relaxing stay in a stylish, clean and comfortable B&B.

We stayed at the Brighton wave at the beginning of December to celebrate a special occasion . From our first contact I was very impressed with how professional the set up was. From the information Richard gave us on our stay to sorting out parking permits and helping to find a place to park. The room was excellent and plenty...

What a gem we found there! Richard and Simon were so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable. We were two families and got room no. 7 and 10 - both small rooms (7 a bit larger or looked more spacious) but enough for two persons. The breakfast was very delicious - specialy...

We stayed at the Brightwave when we were going to a show. What a brilliant find I wish I could say something different but this really is a little gem. Would definitely recommend it for a quick or holiday stay. Need to go back again to try the pancakes for breakfast. Well done keep up the good work 😀👍

Comfy beds & pillows. Large room with table & chairs rather than having to sit on beds. Great hair dryer. Breakfast room clean & tidy. Excellent breakfast choices cooked to perfection. Parking a nightmare but purchased a 24hr voucher that worked well once a spot found nearby. Noisy Saturday evening when nearby pub closed. Easy walking distance to Pavillion, Pier,...

What a lovely place to stay; a warm welcome from Richard & Simon who gave us lots of recommendations for where to visit, drink & eat. Lovely room with a comfy big bed, great information folder, free WiFi, DVD player & Ipad docking station. A terrific breakfast with great bacon & black pudding. The pot of Cadbury Heroes in the...

We have stayed at the Brightonwave several times in the past few years and it just gets better. We were welcomed by Richard who was very nice and helpful and sorted out our parking permits immediately. Lovely touches like the flower boxes and air freshener diffusers show how much Richard and Simon care about their guests stay. Room 4 was...

We have stayed here before and loved it. This visit was only one night (came to watch the football match). We got a surprise upgrade to a lovely room. Service fantastic and owners very friendly. We will be back!!!!!

Well located B&B, with friendly and helpful owners. Whilst we were fully aware it did not have disabled access (like most properties in Brighton) it was a little disappointing nowhere could be found on the ground floor to accommodate my friend's folding wheelchair in the evening (breakfast room locked at 7pm) - I had to lug it up the stairs...

After informing our hosts of our time of arrival, we were pleasantly surprised after our long journey by the offer of a cup of coffee. This was the theme of the week, nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent, all high quality food used and enough choices on the menu, from full English to pancakes, accompanied by the usual...
