I've stayed in a few places in Brighton as I visit regularly on business! Hudsons is a 5/10 minute walk from the beach, The Lanes, The Pier and Pavillion! I got an unexpected upgrade to stay in room 5! Lovely room, plenty space compared to other Brighton rooms I've stayed in, lovely complimentary toiletries and a fridge mini/bar in room...

I have been working in Brighton for past 3 months and every week I have been staying in different hotels most of the weeks. Out of all I felt this Guest house better. The guest house is in a quite residential street. As I entered the guest house I felt very welcoming. I was invited by the caretaker/owner. He was...

Myself and my girlfriend have just returned from Brighton. And we stayed here lovely B&B with a brilliant host in Steven. Would not hesitate in staying here again. In fact looking to book up in may. Great rooms comfortable beds and only a short walk from the sea front and town centre. Loved it

The room was small but comfortable. There was everything we needed for a couple of nights stay. There is a mini bar (pay when you leave) hairdryer and toiletries, coffe or tea making facilities, tv and radio. Breakfast was unavailable but it was out of season and only a short stroll into the town centre. There is a bus stop...

Hudson's is a great location if you want to get away for the weekend and explore what Brighton has to offer. Rooms are clean and cosy. Stephen (owner) was extremely friendly and gave us a brief low down of the layout of Brighton and where to go to find restaurants, shops etc. We were able to come and go as...

Basement Room. Small. Toilet didn't flush fully, sink like an eye bath, shower freezing or boiling, small green musty towels, kettle sits on top of mini bar on the floor plugs and wires just below, TV old and dusty, the decor in my opinion was old and needed updating, temperature hard to control. We were 20 mins late checking out the guy...

Only downside is the parking. Otherwise this is a lovely small guest house. Ideally located, within easy walking distance of all you need in Brighton. Rooms not huge but adequate, clean and with plenty of finishing touches. Breakfast is continental but plenty of other optiins nearby. Hotel staff extremely obliging and very helpul. Would happily stay here again.

this guest house in the centre of Kemptown is ideal for the short break or weekend. my wife and I have stayed here a couple of time now and both times we have found the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the owners to be exceptional. The rooms may be small but we only slept there. The en-suite...

All told you get what you pay for. This was fine and perfectly comfortable. We slept well and had s roof over our heads for our one night stay in Brighton. We booked late so we ended up in one of the two attic rooms. It was s bit pokey and the ceilings low. But it was just for sleeping...
