We stayed here for my partners birthday last week and can honestly say this place has the best staff I have met in a hotel (and I am a hotelier myself) In the run up, they were so helpful with all my questions and requests. Meeting everything I had asked for! The room was a superior on the 4th floor,...

If you can stay here, do stay here. The room was small but perfectly clean, the shower was terrific, toiletries were provided as was a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The customer service was second to none and breakfast was brilliant (have scrambled eggs they are the best). Will certainly be back

I stayed here for one night with a friend. We stayed in room 311 and noise from the bar downstairs was minimal. The room was perfectly clean and had an iron, fan, hairdryer, coffee/tea facilities and plenty of towels. The bed was super comfy. There was free wifi too. We booked via booking.com and paid on arrival, the cost included...

Breakfast starts at 7.30am but when I went to the bar to do some work at 6am they were only too willing to shower me with croissants and tea. Only thing that needs improving is the floor in...

Lovely hotel, well placed. Breakfast ethically sourced and lots of options and staff very helpful. Problem for us was the club in the basement. I slept poorly on Friday because of the bass noise; my wife slept poorly last night. I did know this when I booked, so certainly don't blame the hotel.

Stayed here for one night for work. I could of stayed in a Premier Inn/Travelodge, but I am so glad I didn't! The staff are so friendly here, great breakfast too! My room was lovely and well equipped. The only negative is the noise at night, but it's to be expected! I will be back :)
