The hostel is Very dirty, I watched staff change sheets of the beds and they don't change the mattress cover (only the pillow and duvet covers). They don't sweep the rooms regularly, but they do clean the bathroom each day (except for the floor). I did see them sweep and mop the halls though. The wifi is extremely slow everywhere...

This hostel is filthy, falling apart and feels really unsafe. As per all the other negative reviews- mouldy showers, dirty sheets, creepy old men and loud drunks hanging around. I walked into the dorm room we had booked and walked straight out to find somewhere else. Even if you're on a budget don't waste even the small amount it costs...

Location was great, right across the road from the pier. The room was fine - good size beds and bathroom. My only concern was the people, a lot of older men who stare or come up to you if you're a young woman

For £10 a night you can't really moulin to much. The location was superb. The only downside is that the room was really tatty. The laminate floorboards were all peeling and the bathroom was really grimy, the vinyl was all wet when we arrived, one of the sinks didn't work. The beds were pretty comfy and the pillows and covers...

stayed here at the start of February checked in after a long walk from the train station, we were told our room was on the 4th floor, however, we were not told the lift was completely broken. I have a disability that makes it hard for me to walk I booked this hostel paying more to ensure I did not...

Only stayed here for one night. Good location and price for something cheap and easy! Staff not particularly friendly, rooms were okay, although our bathroom smelt. Quite busy and noisy. Overall good for what we paid for.

Only good thing about this place is very good location (just by the Brighton Pier) and price. My room was small but not very crowded with beds. It had an ensuite so it was very convenient because you don't have to leave room to use shower or toilet. But bathroom had a layer of mold on the wall and ceiling....

The hostel is located in city centre so very noisy and at weekends, a lot of drunks out on the streets below. The hostel itself is dirty and I felt quite unsafe there. The dorm room had an en suite. There was thick mould growing up the walls in the room and in the shower (also on the ceiling). The...

We booked a double room for one night. On arrival we booked in and were told that our room was on the 3rd floor....only accessible by stairs - not quite what we needed after a long, hard day. The room floor sloped meaning that to lay in bed the right way around meant that feet were higher than head. The...

I was sort of impressed by this place. Me and three mates were in Brighton to go clubbing for the night, so we needed a bed to sleep in - and this place provided it for £25! So very efficient in that respect. We booked two rooms, each with bunkbeds. The room's were both ensuite and had a window (albeit...
