We have just spent three nights at 27, and it is a Joy. Alan And Ollie are the perfect hosts with an in depth knowledge of where to go and what to do in Brighton. Within a short walk to all the attractions of Brighton this was a perfect base for our visit. The room was lovely and comfortable with...

We have just returned from a two night stay at No.27 and can only describe the whole experience as 1st Class, from the moment we arrived until our departure. Alan & Ollie are brilliant hosts who cannot do enough to make your stay the best it can possibly be. The property is superb, furnished to a very high standard with...

Another great review to add... Ollie and Alan are first class hosts, the rooms are well decorated and beds very comfortable. We had room 4 and enjoyed a top quality breakfast brought to our room each morning. It's a perfect base to explore Kemp Town, The Lanes and central Brighton on foot. Highly recommended.

Just came back from a weekend in Brighton as my husband was running the Brighton marathon. What a delightful stay we had at the 27. extremely tidy and cozy rooms, very well equiped and decorated. Breakfast is like a movie set with discrete music in the background, and candles although very informal and friendly. Olie is serving the best home made joghurt and other tasty food. Alan's and Olie's atitude towards customers is at the highest possible level, very friendly yet not even slightly pushy....
