We booked in for Easter Friday & Saturday nights. I had read Tripadvisor reviews & talked to the staff by phone & email. Everything was as expected. We are very pleased with our choice! £330 for the 2 nights in a large room with 3 single beds & step down to a lounge area with settee & tv, wooden floored....

Me and my partner came down for the weekend it was our second stay in topps. Both stays were very pleasurable, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Parking right outside and hotel is situated right next to the 360 tower which is good. Tried to book for new years eve and is all ready fully booked, signs of a 'topps'...

This is a room only hotel that is decent and near the sea. Was really pleased with the large size of the room on the ground floor and its proximity to the sea, was perfect. Its not plush by any means but its perfectly good and decent price for brighton. I'm glad I brought my earplugs as there was a...

The room was very clean, and well decorated with a colour theme. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities was also very clean. Although the room was small it was very cosy. The staff were lovely and very helpful when we were having signal problems with the TV. Overall a very good stay

Just stayed 2 nights. Regular visitors to Brighton and love the town. First time in Topps and would choose somewhere else next time. Staff friendly, we only saw on arrival and departure as no breakfast or communal areas, which we knew. Room was clean but lacking any charm for the price we paid. Had room at back and noise from...

The staff were very helpful, And told us the best place to go for food, The location was opposite the parking and the park was above the parking, late night bars round the corner and close to one of the main shopping roads, The lanes are about half a mile away, And the new i360 is a stones throw away

Ok, we had a great time in Brighton. Topps is in a brilliant location. So close to everything yet just outside the chaos and noise zone. Staff were great on check in but didn't really have a reason to speak to them after that. All was good with the staff. Price was good for the area and the room was...

We stayed here in a triple room and it was really nice. It can sometimes get noisy due to workmen outside, we let the staff know and they shrugged it off and didn't seem to care or understand. The staff don't really go above and beyond to make your stay special like some other hotels do either. That said, while...

Very cozy and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and the beach is a storm throw away from the hotel. The wifi is stable and is ultra fast. The room is not that pricey and is totally worth it given satisfaction it provides. I have stay for three nights and it have perfected my trip to...

Loved this little hotel. I had a problem when I realised a few days before that my booking had been cancelled ( problem my end with bank) , one phone call to the hotel manager and he sorted everything out and reinstated our booking. We spent two nights here. We had a ground floor room which was small but perfectly...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Topps is situated in the heart of Regency Square in three beautifully restored Regency period listed-buildings, ideally located within a short walking distance of Brighton Pier, Churchill Square Shopping Centre, Brighton Conference Centre, the Lanes and all that Brighton has to offer. The beach is less than 100 yards away and there is a multi-storey underground car park at our door-step. Regency Square is one of the oldest squares in Brighton directly opposite the old West Pier, soon to be home to the i360, a 600 foot tall observation tower.Topps has recently undergone extensive refurbishment. We have carefully restored the exterior of our buildings to their former glory. Most of our generously sized en-suite guestrooms have been renovated to a very high modern standard. Features include real wood flooring, flatscreen TVs with Freeview, comfortable new beds and well appointed bathrooms. A number of our guestrooms overlook Regency Square and have views of the sea. Some of our Executive Rooms are air-conditioned and we are working to extend this feature to all the rooms.Nearby Preston Street is home to many bars, clubs, discos and restaurants. The newly restored Victorian Bandstand is close-by where weddings and dancing fans take the center stage most weekends. If you are keen to try "Slacklining", the latest craze, you will find plenty of enthusiasts practising or showing off their skills on the beach in front of the old West Pier. Our aim is to provide our guests with modern, clean and comfortable accommodation. Based on feedbacks, our room-only rates are excellent value for money in Central Brighton for the high quality accommodation we provide. ... more   less
