Close to the Brighton Centre and the town centre this elegant Regency style hotel is perfectly situated for business and leisure guests. Each of the 116 bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, flat screen LCD TV featuring in room entertainment and high-speed internet access, hairdryer, trouser press as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel has limited parking on site and this is charged at £25.00 Per car overnight and is payable at check in.

Thank you for your review and comments regarding the hotel. The hotel is grade two listed so the renovations will be sympathetic to the building. Being over 150 years old with changes and additions along the way the layout cannot be changed. However when completed the refurbishment will make the hotel a stylish boutique hotel with a modern twist.

Be very careful if you book in advance to stay here. I booked and prepaid 3 months before arrival. I no longer use the CC with which I booked. On arrival they reluctantly took a prepayment against my current CC as extra security (to be refunded on departure) as I could not

Had a nice stay here. Bedroom really nice with new carpets. Comfortable bed quilt was abit warm. Walls are very thin someone next door decided to drink in room until 5am but this is not the hotels fault. Currently under refurbishment it will be lovely when finished this did not
