Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and breakfast excellent. Would highly recommend as great location but be aware limited hotel parking. You have to pay £16 for a day in an adjoining road car park which you need to factor into your costs. Walking distance to everything and you can get a room with a view of the beach if that takes your fancy.

Reasonable rate for a single room. Was good to have the option to pay for a late check out. Kettle, tea, coffee and UHT milk provided. Only 2 minor issues: The sing plug got stuck closed. The sink was too small to fill the kettle,

This was a short family holiday on above dates & was our first time staying at this hotel. We normally stay at Travelodge seafront or at Premier Inn only a street or two away but we fancied this when it came up online. We're from Scotland & stayed in rooms 202 & 203. We all found the beds super comfy & breakfast was of good quality. Dark haired Croatian barmaid was super friendly all three nights we stayed & Lorraine was a lovely waitress at breakfast. Only disappointment was no evening meals in their restaurant however there are plenty of restaurants across city centre. We are definitely staying here again & plan on our next holiday in Brighton next August. Look forward to seeing you all again next year 🙂 SJ

This excellent mid-budget hotel has accommodation ranging from cheaper backstairs rooms to the premium rooms with bay windows and sea front views which look out on in everything from the piers round to the bandstand and beyond. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was very clean and everything in reasonable order. Breakfast options included traditional English, a large fruit and yoghurt bowl, or vegetarian and special egg dishes. There's a pleasant little bar with outside tables, and it's a wonderful 15 minute stroll along the seafront to the pier or Brighton's famous shopping Lanes. We loved it.

Amazing stay at King's hotel Brighton. We had a room with a stumning seafront view. Staff there really nice and the breakfast menu had lots of options to choose from. Overall, fantastic visit! Thank you guys!
