The Harbour Hotel is a stunning, luxurious and contemporary new addition to Brighton. The rooms are massive, clean and extremely comfortable - I couldn't get enough of the huge bed! There's a well stocked mini bar and free gin, which is always appreciated, and the free toiletries are of a very high quality. I'd advise trying to get one of...

I would highly recommend this seafront boutique hotel. I visited with my husband and we had a seafront room (Room 110-highly recommend). The reception staff were very friendly with a swift check-in. On to the room, beautifully decorated, very fresh, with crisp linen, amazing views of the sea and Brighton pier, modern furniture and a lovely ensuite! We couldn't fault...

The hotel is modern, clean, bright with good sized rooms in a central location. The staff are enthusiastic and the spa, although unfinished and a bit cold, is great. There is one fatal flaw and that is the rooms are extremely noisy. Many reviews cite the windows as the primary cause, and this is true, but inter room noise insulation...

We are a huge fan of this particular hotel chain, having stayed many many times in other locations. We decided to try Brighton as this was one of the newest, and looked amazing, which is what it was. However, we had a room on the side first floor with sea view, the room was beautifully decorated and finished to a...

Beautiful furnished hotel in a fantastic central location.... They just need to get things bedded in and finished. We stayed on a stormy night, the windows rattled (but they're being replaced), the netting on the outside of the building whipped and whistled (but that will shortly be down) and the clubbers were noisy falling out of the nightclub right outside...

Building has been well refurbished and the rooms are very comfortable with a good shower room too. Staff are cheerful and helpful and also attentive in the bar and restaurant, hence they generally create a very welcoming, cheery and professional ambience and the food is very good. It isn't however a very accessible hotel, many steps in all the areas....

The Harbour Hotel is located conveniently on the sea front and within walking distance of the Lanes and other shopping amenities or sights. The hotel overall was good, however we faced a few challenges during our stay: 1. there was a massive leak on the 3rd floor. Buckets with dripping water (from ceiling) were placed in a few areas of...

Dear Charlotte G Your positive feedback on the hotel section is fantastic and definitely what we are trying to achieve. Thank you so much for this. With regards to the areas we need to develop, double glazing is coming soon so this will help us tremendously for reducing the noise impact for you. I am glad that the positives outweighed...

The visit did not start well- the front door was so stiff it two of us were needed to open it. Met by three staff behind reception, but they all had to disappear to find someone to check us in. We asked for two keys, three times, but never succeeded in getting this. Ordered morning paper, wrong one was delivered,...

Dear Jeff U I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you encountered with us here at the hotel. There are some aspects of the hotel that we are still experiencing soft opening issues with. Some of your points we are working on, such as the windows being upgraded in the near future. In addition to that, you have raised...

I've been to Brighton a lot but never stayed in such luxury. The minute you arrive you're treated like royalty by the staff here. The feeling extends as you enter the stunning room (ours with sea views all around!) and continue your day. If your planning on eating out, don't. The restaurant (The Jetty) is the best in town and...
