I was on the second floor in a large corner room. The room was lovely but a bit hot tried to turn off the radiators but ended up getting maintenance to do it. Room overlooked the bus station and a night club which disturbed me on night one but not after that. Food is hit and miss depending on the...

My friend and I stayed here last night (new years eve) we reluctantly had to pay over £200 for a twin room (that price didn’t even include breakfast!!) as there wasn’t much availability left in Brighton for new years and the hotel obviously hiked up the prices to take advantage of this. (I don’t actually have a problem with that-...

Mohamed the manager could not be more helpful, he has looked after us for the last 5 years (very professional). The hotel is old and you expect a few things...

Booked a room here to get ready in for the office Christmas party - it was the cheapest in local proximity at £67.00. My colleague popped in early afternoon to check in, which took over 40 minutes! When we arrived in the evening of 16th December, the queue to check in was horrendous. Certainly longer than 40 minutes. The lobby...

Hotel on the seafront with a view of Brighton pier, and not too overpriced given that Brighton hotels seem to rival London ones in room cost, this seemed like the one to make our short pre Christmas show-and-shopping stopover special. It didn't. From the queue at the door for the only receptionist when checking in, to the condition of the...

Had a great deal for this hotel, so gave it a go. The room was okay, a bit small & a bit dated though. The room was mainly clean apart from the air con unit was filthy. Unfortunately we only had 1 towel in the room (which had a stain on it) for the 2 of us. We requested more...

Get a new receptionist (Monday morning). She is vile and needs to move on. She will bring the rest of the staff down with her. I hope she is never on duty when the boss comes from Hale or she will surely have met her match 눇Love this hotel been coming here for years. Remember it in the 70s. A...
