Terrible stay , cigarette burn in the mattress , cloth with blood on left in room . Loose unit underneath sink which nearly fell on my husbands foot . Lock was very difficult and if there had been a fire would have caused issues to get out of room. Shower curtain mouldy and we paid £165 for room only !!...

This hotel is perfect and so nicely decorated and clean to stay in. The prices are really good and the staff are so nice, helping and friendly. The room has a perfect view of the pier and our stay so far has been amazing!! would 100% stay here again!

I was almost put-off booking this hotel because of the previous negative comments but the low price won me over and I am so glad I stayed here. I think many of the earlier negative reviews were of the hotel before renovation (which they appear to be finishing off now). I found a pleasant, very clean room with a comfortable...

I stayed two nights at the Willows for the Brighton marathon and I am so glad I did. I had a really nice time there. The manager, Joshua, was super friendly and beyond cool, it was so nice to chat with him. He even offered a marathon race pack to all the runners that were staying at the place that...

we had a ground floor room, with a sea view. It was actually the bay front of the building at ground floor level. The room was compact, but there was plenty of room. We did not feel boxed in at all. the en-suite was again compact but perfectly adequate. Coffee and tea making facilities fine and TV good. A little...

Visited for a night. Very warm welcome by the manager. We had a lovely room overlooking the pier, it was small but perfect for anyone just wanting a place to sleep, we fitted in with bags and travel cot with no problem. A few pieces in the room slightly dated and could do with updating, but that's purely cosmetic. It...

Stayed for one night with a child and the man at reception was lovely and very helpful. He brought us a spare bed and hot chocolate so very nice. Our room had a sea view and we could see the pier, the traffic in the front was a bit noisy but to be expected on a bug road. Would stay...
