Ours was a bit of a last minute booking so the only room available was the 'compact double'. However, David had been completely honest in its description and it was still a very comfortable stay for 3 nights. Got my eye on the King Size room next time tho!! Breakfasts were to die for - no need to eat for...

We stayed here on our wedding night and were slightly late for breakfast the morning after our wedding (10 minutes), we were told we couldn't have breakfast and it felt like the owners were enjoying telling us we were too late. Our friend also made the mistake of asking for an omelette for breakfast, by the reaction you would have...

We are saddened you seem to have such a horrible experience staying with us And are a totally gobsmacked at how we managed to do this. I thought I would Clarify a few issues you have mentioned in your review which are incorrect. David and Dianne need to work on service with a smile and a warm welcome would Not...

This was an amazing guest house in a really lovely part of the world. The rooms were beautifully finished with our own slippers and robe, and lovely little specially made chocolates in the room! The breakfast was to die for and kept us going till way past lunch! We also took advantage of the hot tub and floated around for...

The only down side that we found was not being able to book in until after 1700 hr. If you have been travelling for a few hours to then have to wait around until this time it can be an issue. The breakfasts are to be recommended as the freshness and quality are top class

We recently spent 5 nights at the Swanage Haven. This was our third visit to this lovely B&B. Our double room was very comfortable and warm. Each morning we looked forward to the breakfasts which are a real treat. The produce is all locally sourced, and cooked to perfection. The bread is home baked, and the freshly made lemon curd...

Booked 3 nights away on the spur of the moment as we had been let down on an overseas holiday. Couldn't have chosen better or been more cared for, David and Dianne immediately made us feel very welcome and gave great recommendations on things to see and do in the area - along with some excellent restaurant recommendations for dinner....

We wanted to have a short break in Swanage to revisit places we had taken our 2 children to when they were young. The accomodation we stayed in many years ago no longer existed so we needed to find an alternative. After checking out Tripadvisor this bed and breakfast was highly recommended. Indeed people's recommendations were spot on!!!! Breakfast was...

Excellent service from David and Diana from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent. We parked our car on the forecourt and walked everywhere. 2 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the centre of the town, restaurants and pubs nearby- couldn't ask for more. The breakfast was delicious especially the home baked bread. We decided to try the...
