Handy and really welcoming B&B. Family friendly. Just a few minutes from the (sandy) beach, with two handy pub/restaurants within 5 minute walk. Comfy double room had ensuite and hostess tray. Other rooms have bunks for family groups. Generous cooked breakfast, with fresh (hot) croissants, lovely greek yoghurt, porridge, toast. You name it - nothing too much trouble. If you...

Very welcoming with nice rooms good bed linen. Breakfast was excellent maybe too much but I managed it. Only a very short walk to the beach and a gentle stroll to Swanage town centre along the sea front. Soon to change its name to The Rookery

Nothing was too much trouble for the new owners who are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are good value for money - all with bathrooms. The hotel was clean, peaceful and off the main thoroughfare. Breakfast was...

This expectation wasn't met unfortunately, upon entrance into room we were met with what can only be described as 'dingy' Yes, there were 2 beds, being...

Found this guesthouse by accident but so pleased I did. The owners are very friendly and helpful, breakfasts to set you up for the day and the room I had was spotless and well equipped. Free car parking right outside too. The only downsides are that the water pressure on the upper rooms can drop mid way through a shower...
