We have stayed here before and on this trip we stayed on two separate occasions. Yes, there's a chocolate theme to everything, but just go with the flow on this. Enjoy the comfortable rooms, the great breakfast and the wonderful people who run this place. You simply can't go wrong if you stay here.

We have just returned from staying in your hotel. I cannot fault it. The welcome we received from your member of staff was so welcoming and friendly. We even had a larger room given to us ( I had previously booked a small double). The room was cosy and clean. there were drinks facilities in the room. nothing was too...

Booked the Chocolate Sleepover here for a group of 16 of my friends as a 50th birthday celebration. Warm welcome on arrival and we then spent next hour visiting each other's rooms to see who was in where and the figure out who was nearest the chocolate help yourself sideboard! The fun starts a 3 o clock with truffle making...

Stayed here in the White chocolate room, and it's honestly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are all chocolate themed (and it's made extra special by having some chocolate truffles and a chocolate bar on your arrival), and just everything about this hotel is just lovely. Being able to leave...

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Bournemouth, especially if you're partial to a bit of chocolate. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. We stayed at the rear of the property, and so our window overlooked the peaceful greenery at the back of the hotel. Along with off road...

My disabled wife and I stayed at this "hotel" for 2 nights in early April 2017. We had requested a wheelchair accessible room when we booked and received confirmation that they could accommodate this! but where shown to a room with 2 steep steps down, a entrance door not wide enough for a wheelchair and the same for the shower...

We stayed at the Hotel last Friday as we were attending an event at the BIC. Perfect location for the BIC, town centre and the beach. We loved the hotel theme and decor and of course, the chocolates! The receptionist was charming and so friendly. Our room was spotless. It was compact but perfect for an overnight stay. We were...

Lovely little hotel close to both the shops and the sea. Our room wasn't big but it was nicely decorated, clean and had everything we needed including a daily supply of chocolate! Great choice for a short break even if you're not a chocoholic like me!
