Welcoming experience, staff is very helpful and supportive. Rooms are clean. Good solution if you move to Bournemouth before you found a own place for living. Nearby beach and town center. Easy to walk everywhere and to catch buses.

Avoid at all costs unless you're happy to wait 40 minutes to check in, like stinking rooms with tired broken furniture, filthy and old divan beds with mattresses sourced from a prison cell and cubicles for bathrooms. How this place still trades is beyond me!

I stayed here for 4 nights with a friend booked with Daish holidays. Very pleasant hotel with very friendly staff. Good food with plenty of variety to choose from quickly served by pleasant staff especially Kate. Would recommend this hotel for reasonable priced holiday. The only downside was in my friend's room the shower was not working and after frequent...

The best thing about this hotel is possibly the position, close to centre of Bournemouth. We had a double room which was clean but the bed was uncomfortable you could feel the springs when you turned over. The bathroom was the main problem. It was dirty and mouldy walls the cubicle was mouldy all around the rim, toilet brush dirty...

This is a well located hotel which is clean and tidy. The rooms are well equipped and the staff are courteous and nothing seems too much trouble for them. A very helpful team. It is a friendly hotel to visit and very comfortable. I have no hesitation in booking there again and can recommend it. The hotel is very close...

Came and stayed for a few days in the summer. Room was very shabby and the bed was so uncomfortable. Did complain, but was told that there was no other free rooms, so had 2 very bad nights sleep! Breakfast wasn't much better as got a stone cold sausage, worm Bacon, and hot egg and beans. It was self service...

Stayed here for a weekend. The owner/proprietor, Adam, is really friendly and made it a great start after a long journey. The carpets in the main areas are worn … but it kind of adds to the charm! We had a family room, at the top of the building. It was good-sized, with basic décor. The bed felt really firm,...

The double room number 8 at front of building was big enough to have a table and comfortable chairs in the window. Nice bright large clean room with comfortable bed and lots of storage space. Mirrors in all right places for hairdryer etc. Few minutes walk from beach and near a supermarket. Nice and quiet. Friendly polite staff. The only...
