We were in august this year and the price was a bit up(90)but it was ok ,clean,tidy,enough quiet except bit of noise from the traffic,but overall it was a nice experience,we will probably go again when prices fall bit---Congratulations...!!!
Reception smelt of cannabis when we arrived!

The Croham is directly next to a noisy roundabout, so that, coupled with the fact our windows wouldn't shut properly meant we had a pretty poor night's sleep unfortunately.

It's a good 15-20 minutes walk down a hill into town, or via a zig-zag path to the beach and the promenade.
Probably not the best location unless you have access to a scooter or will use a bus, car or taxi to get into town.
