Just got home after a 3 night stay here. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the beach. The entertainment nearby added value to our short holiday. There's plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. I recommend ' The Hop Inn ' as a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day with the family which...

Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I need to point out that we have never posted free parking on the door. The other comment you expressed about smoking rooms is that there are some allocated smoking rooms but the room you occupied as a family is strictly non smoking. However we hope to welcome you back...

We have stayed at Charlesworth Hotel in a family room. Good points we loved: - very friendly owners - tasty breakfast with good coffee - excellent location close to the beach - free parking - good wi-fi Bad points for us: Very tired rooms. Definitely in need of modernisation /improvement. Uncomfortable to sleep - pillows like a stones, worn sprung...

I am so sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. I am a little intrigued by your comment about the "smell". I only wished you had said it to us when you arrived. We do not provide fridges in rooms. The only Hotels I know of in our area are the four star Marriot and the five star Hilton....

Wendy and Brian were an amazingly friendly and helpful couple. The hotel is easy to find, being just off the main road. The location of the hotel is perfect for the Pier and the Beach. Plentiful parking is an added bonus.Pretty front garden and immaculate reception.

We had another super stay in Bournemouth as well as at the Charlesworth Hotel. Brian and Wendy are just lovely, accommodating and helpful hosts. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk into the town centre. Brian and Wendy, are also a wealth of knowledge if you need to know where to eat...

Needed a no frills cheap hotel with parking for an overnight work trip - this one looked ideal so booked it via their website the day before. Turn up on the evening of the booking at the agreed time and no parking was available other than blocking multiple vehicles in. Hotel owner said if I left my company pool car...

searched online for 3 night stay in Bournemouth for Aug and this little gem at £195 came up 'quote' on their website! Called to make booking and confirm price, price jumped to £515. Checked website again, called back to check price and was spoken and sworn to by the man owner who then passed me to his wife while he...

Firstly I would like to express my thanks to you for pointing out our error. You did not make a booking, therefore I assume your call was to check on the price and how cheap it was. If you had make a booking online then of course we would have been obligated to honour this at our cost. There was...

Although we were sadly only here for one night, we were made to feel very welcome. Room was great with very comfy bed and spotlessly clean fluffy towels. Great freshly cooked breakfast for an extremely reasonable price. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended.
