The owner and his wife are definitely in the wrong job. I parked at the side of the building to visit my mother who was staying, leaving plenty of room for other vehicles, there's quite a steep and sudden downward drop into the car park and I was driving a lowered classic car. I was in the building for around...

We spent about a month in Bournemouth in different hotels and had some terrible experiences with hotel owners who are obviously spoiled by their good fortune. In general the closer you stay to the beach in Bournemouth, the more likely that the hotel owners/managers treat you as they were doing a huge favour to accept you as a guest. The...

No frills hotel with lovely staff and fantastic location. The rooms were simple, neat and clean, with fresh towels and toiletry provided. Wifi was very good, and there was a surprisingly big selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room. Breakfast was (like the rest of the hotel) no frills, but it was all freshly made. Brian and Wendy are friendly...

We enjoyed a lovely weekend at Charlesworth Hotel. The décor of the room was a bit tired but the bed was very comfortable and the welcome we got was fantastic. A lovely couple with a great sense of humour which made breakfasts a real treat.

Just got home after a 3 night stay here. The hotel is a stone's throw away from the beach. The entertainment nearby added value to our short holiday. There's plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. I recommend ' The Hop Inn ' as a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day with the family which...

Thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. I need to point out that we have never posted free parking on the door. The other comment you expressed about smoking rooms is that there are some allocated smoking rooms but the room you occupied as a family is strictly non smoking. However we hope to welcome you back...

I am so sorry that you were unhappy with your stay. I am a little intrigued by your comment about the "smell". I only wished you had said it to us when you arrived. We do not provide fridges in rooms. The only Hotels I know of in our area are the four star Marriot and the five star Hilton....

Wendy and Brian were an amazingly friendly and helpful couple. The hotel is easy to find, being just off the main road. The location of the hotel is perfect for the Pier and the Beach. Plentiful parking is an added bonus.Pretty front garden and immaculate reception.
