Nice little hotel with good location for beach and shops. Receptionist very helpful and pleasant. Happy hour 2-5 excellent. Waitresses in dining room spoke very little English leading to some confusion over breakfast. However good choice at breakfast cereals, juice, toast, cooked breakfast, pastiries, yogurts not bad for the price paid. Room was fine plenty of room. Would have preferred...

My wife and I stayed here in early October 2014. The location is great. We arrived about two hours early, but were allowed to take up a free parking space and then go for a walk. We asked for a quiet room and were given room 7 on the ground floor. It was peaceful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable!...

My husband, 11 month old son and I stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. Charlotte and Michael in particular enhanced our experience. So personable and cheerful. We ate at the hotel both evenings and couldn't fault the food. The breakfast was also lovely. The waiting staff were...

Came here on business and got a cheap room. The hotel's position is great - about 15 mins walk from the centre of town (up a big hill!) and 5 mins away from the cliffs, so a lovely view and walking nearby. The room was small, but had everything that you could need - a decent sized wardrobe, iron, hairdrier....

stayed here for one night as we were going to the BIC. We had this room as a voucher deal from Buy a Gift. We chose to upgrade the room which would cost an extra £15. We got to reception desk at around 3pm to be greeted by a young chap who gave us the wrong booking in form and...

For the price (£115 without breakfast) this was very poor value..Cramped bathroom, toilet roll holder hanging off wall, and room was in an attic with low beam. Car park is small - only 16 spaces for 30 rooms. Reception staff nowhere to be seen at 7am.
