From checking in to checking out everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are of a good size and kept clean and tidy. Some of the corridors are a bit narrow if you have a pushchair. But on the whole very good. The food in the brassiere was good and the breakfasts very good.

I stayed in the lodge rather than the main hotel, which was very pleasant. Wasn't the largest of rooms but very comfortable. The main hotel is pleasantly and the food was excellent. I enjoyed breakfast too. Well worth considering if you're planning a visit to Bournemouth My only criticism was that the didn't have an iron.

I stayed in this hotel for one night whilst on work in Bournemouth. It was friendly, very clean and fairly well maintained and in a good location. The reception, bar and restaurants were very nicely decorated and all the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The room I was allocated was right by the lift, usually equating in large amounts...

My husband and I stayed here for one night while attending an event at the Bournemouth International Centre. The hotel is ideally located for access to this venue, and took us less than 10 minutes to walk there. However, we probably wouldn't stay in the lodge again as we didn't like our room. Firstly the room was really dark as...

We stayed here for a spa break from Tuesday to Thursday in January for my birthday! The hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly and helpful and the spa was very nice! We booked a treatment and Laura was very good. There wasn't many beds around the pool but luckily we had got there early enough to grab one! Breakfast...
