You might think working in hospitality the staff would know how to run a hotel. From booking to checking in was laborious, unfriendly and 1 big sales pitch for the adjacent Indian restaurant. If I'd have been in charge of this booking I would have departed at check in and found a friendlier hotel for my party, that would have...

Horrible place and reception staff. They tried to put us in a room that was so small and grubby. At £90+ per night! It is more like a hostel than a hotel. DON"T use it. They wanted us to pay more for a larger room and when I asked for a refund they just said - "No you should have...

My wife and I stayed here as we were attending an event in the town, and were looking for a budget room for the night. The positives are, great location, good shower, and the guy on reception was pleasant and helpful. Negatives, it's very dated and needs a very deep clean. There's mould in the bathroom, and window frames, and...

Having read a few of the negative reviews of this hotel, I was a little unsure of what to expect from it. I found the staff to be very pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable about their hotel, which I got the impression was family run. I think some of the comments comparing this hotel to Fawlty Towers are unkind and very...

It stunk of curry and weed!! We paid cash when we arrived and was then told we had to give our bank details to hold 50...

They definitely missed the 's' out of hotel. This is not a hotel and how this place and the management can trade under the name as a hotel is beyond me. Hotel starts with customer care and hospitality something this place doesn't know anything about! It is neither pushchair or wheelchair friendly. It does offer a lift however it is...

I came to this hotel with a friend purely for Bournemouth nightlife so did not expect much as we only slept here. The price was really good, but you get what you pay for. The location is the only benefit really. It is amazingly located, right next to the beach and a very short walk to town centre. However the...

Booked for one night, 8 April 2017, the hotel is easy to find and very near the beach. The parking was easy which is great because parking in Bournemouth is very expensive and difficult. The room we had was ok, a bit dated but it was clean and I slept very well so no complaints. A special mention to the...

My brother and I stayed here for two nights on a trip especially to visit the Bovington tank museum. We spent a day travelling down from Yorkshire and the next day looking around the museum at our leisure. Journeying home on the third day. The hotel was easy to find and not far from the town centre. The car parking...
