To Andy & Pat, owners of the B & B, you are a guest that pays not a paying guest. Their emphasis is on “guest” as they welcome you into their charming and inviting property. They offer a personal service that is rare to find today. They actively help to find and share information about the area so that their...

A very big thank you to Pat and Andy for their warm welcome and caring attitude throughout our four day stay. They seems to have an 'open door' policy in the sense that we never saw the door to their private living accommodation closed whatever time we returned in the evening. Andy was immediately asking how our day went and where...

We just stayed one night on the way to our Cornwall-Tour in Mountbatten Court. If we had known this place before we would have stayed longer!!! The location reminded me of the fairy tale "the sleeping beauty"! The windows and the door show roses in the glass of the windows. We had a warm welcome through Andy and Millie the...

A delight to discover this home from home. A beautiful property, tastefully furnished, providing an excellent night's sleep. In the morning a delicious and satisfying breakfast made this a delightful stay. A word about the proprietors - rarely in all my years have I known a couple who have gone that extra mile to make a guest feel welcome.

Good hosts, clean, quiet place and spacious rooms. Certainly your moneys worth! The location is in a quiet neighborhood and if you have your own vehicle traveling to various sites is a breeze. Will be back!

Even though we've been able to enjoy the place for on night only, we got a good idea about the hospitality of Andy and Pat. We arrived with the bus and walked 2 min to the b&b! Our room was really nice, great bed! Very comfortable and clean, also the bathroom. Pat gave us a map, and we went to...

Don't normally stay in B&B's but booked last minute as all decent local hotels were full. We were lucky to get the 2 rooms we wanted for my wife and I and a room for my Mum who was 90 on the day we arrived as the Mountbatten had just had a last minute cancellation. It must have been my...

Just want to say thanks to Pat and Andy for making myself and my girlfriend Louise's break in Bournemouth an enjoyable one. We had a lovely room with one of the best beds we have ever slept in. The breakfast was lovely every morning, Andy couldn't make enough toast, also had the pleasure of trying his apple crumble. Would definitely...

This was our first visit to the Bournemouth/Poole area and we were very lucky to have chosen such a lovely bed and breakfast to stay at. It is close to a lovely sandy beach which is accessible via some steps and a short walk through a lovely wooded area. There is also access by car with car parks close to...
