Once again we enjoyed our stay at the New Westcliff hotel. We were dealt competently at reception whilst the restaurant staff were amazing in both their politeness and efficiency. The meals were most enjoyable with a good choice of menu. The leisure complex was most welcome. Thank you Paul for an excellent week, and we fully expect to be coming...

We booked a short much needed break from the friday to the monday. We were quoted £390 but was given it for £350. This was for 2a and 2c family room b/b. On arrival we were greeted by the most unwelcoming person on reception. The room was clearly ment for 2a and 1c. The floor had not been vacummed, there...

Stayed here on Friday night as all the hotels in town were either fully booked or too expensive. We has a twin room. The room was tiny but it served its purpose. The shower room was too small and the wash basin created a lot of mess as the water kept on splashing out. Our room did not have towels...

14 family members stayed in this hotel. We had 6 rooms in the unrenovated part of the hotel. I think a typical Bournemouth b+b where all kinds of strange things happen. One couple in our party had to leave in the middle of the night as they were infested with bed bugs and had no lights in their room. A...

An amazing 4 night break! The whole experience was fantastic. The food was wonderful and the chef very, very clever. We will certainly return again. The welcome from the staff was so warm that we felt we had been there for weeks when it was only a day!! The entertainment was super and Eddie behind the bar a scream. Alberto...

We went away for the bank holiday weekend and had an amazing time for an amazing price. Its traditionally decorated, and the staff are very friendly. The food on the Friday night was amazing and we were always well looked after. It's just a shame we didn't get to try out the cinema room as we ran out of time,...

We booked a room for the weekend on the off chance, been past it many times but was very surprised when we arrived. First we were greeted by a very happy and polite smiley face, which was a great start. Once booked in we were shown to our room which was nicely decorated and very clean, after freshening up we...

I have to say this is without doubt the worse hotel I have ever stayed in, The only reason we stayed here was the positive feedback with many recent 5 ratings on Trip advisor. I now have to question the whole trip advisor experience. My advice to anyone who is considering visiting this hotel is to avoid room 22. The...
