Lovely friendly place to stay, clean rooms, with a friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent we liked it so much we booked another two nights in August. Id recommend the scrambled eggs for breakfast which was served with fresh coffee, also plenty of fresh fruits and cereals to choose from.

We have just returned from another wonderful stay. We met Ross & Parisa, who work very hard to ensure the guests are well looked after, who knew scrambled eggs could taste that good! Every part of this b&b is immaculate, and we find the decor very tasteful. This b&b have an honesty bar, which is a perfect touch, after a...

We were fortunate to be able to stay at Westcotes House, that's myself & my furry best friend. Wonderful experience and when they say pet friendly, they really mean it. Owner and staff (Marissa) are truly wonderful. Make you feel at home immediately. The hotel is immaculately clean. The breakfasts were great, with a good selection of cereal, fresh fruit...

Get a sea view room. We couldn't find a better view for the money in Bournemouth. Great value, great breakfast and great room. Comfortable, clean and friendly owners. Nice that you let dogs (and their owners!) stay on the ground floor. Next time we will bring our pooch!

A really beautiful location directly acoss from the beach. The view from our "Pantone Black" room was amazing, and there is an easy to walk way down to the beach only some meters from the house. Parisa was a very friendly host, and she makes a very good breakfast. They have a small bar with self-service, and you can sit...

On arrival I (we) were met by Ross, and after showing us to our room he offered a pot of coffee, and for us to make ourselves feel at home - coffee was served in the bar area overlooking the front garden. Our room was light and spacious with the beautiful view across the expanse of water, the bed was...

Stayed at westcotes whilst in Bournemouth for work. A warm welcome from Ross for both myself and my dog - it was great to find somewhere I could stay where I could take him too! Lovely comfortable bed in a well presented room. Highly recommend this guest house!
