I booked this overnight stop for two people that included a 2 course dinner and full English breakfast. The hotel carpark is a good size and the 24hr charge is £2 which is very good. There is an indoor swimming pool that was warm and inwhich we enjoyed a good swim but it looks like it could do with a...

Hotel is a classic, with good old fashioned customer service. All the staff were more than helpful, all restaurant staff were attentive, without being intrusive. When we arrived, we were offered a family room in the rear courtyard, and were told that if we saw it, then thought we would like a room in the main hotel, we could ask...

Stayed for 3 nights for business purposes. Staff very polite. Rooms were clean and adequate and food was lovely. The bars a bit pricey and theres a charge for parking which isnt good as struggled to park my van as got bak late each night. All in all tho its decent and near to the front. 👍👍

Our experience at this hotel was somewhat different. On checking in we were given the key to our room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately the...

It was our first experience of a Best Western Hotel and it was spot on in terms of location to Bournemouth town and Winter Gardens (15-20 minutes walk) and 10 minutes to the sea front. We were greeted by Carlo at reception who made us feel welcome and gave us the code for the good size swimming pool which is...

We stayed on the Travelzoo deal on Saturday night (£20 extra) and had a lovely time. The staff couldn't do enough for us and we really appreciated how welcome we were made to feel with our young baby (it was our first night away since her birth). They provided a travel cot which was in excellent condition. We were initially given...

The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from. Dinner was good too and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lounge area was nicely decorated...

Relaxing stay whilst visiting a friend in Bournemouth. Room was adequate and bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. A short walk to the cliff with spectacular views of the fabulous beach.
