The hotel is comfortable and well appointed. Unfortunately there was no hairdryer in the room and it took 2 calls to reception to resolve this by which time my hair was dry! The room with balcony was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent however our evening meal in the Brasserie was expensive, the price of...

We had a lovely room with plenty of space. This Hotel is a fantastic place, the staff are great and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. The service and food is excellent. The location and amenities could not be better. We thoroughly recommend The Connaught Plus when you stay in Bournemouth.

The staff couldn't be more helpful. I have been back several times and the same familiar faces are still there. The breakfast is terrific, and the chap who runs the restaurant at breakfast makes the whole experience a pleasure. Nothing is too much trouble.

A nice seating area in reception by a lovely warm fire to sit and read the papers The pool was nice and relaxing though could have been slightly warmer, with a nice sauna, steam room...

Travelled to Bournemouth to see a show at the BIC. The hotel is perfectly located a short walk from the BIC, beach and town. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and efficient. Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet, with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The only criticism I would make is that the bathroom...

Very nice Hotel and very attentive staff, situated only a five minute walk to the pier, and the Winter Gardens, plenty to do lots of stalls, coffee shops and bars, ice skating if you are brave enough,or a visit to the Pavilion Theatre
