To be honest, at the special offer of £99 we weren't expecting much. It was a last minute decision to take a short break by the sea. The car park was free which came as a pleasant surprise as lots of hotels are charging for that. Nice choice of food in a a busy restaurant. The entrance and lobby had...

I only spent one night at this hotel and would not have it on my wishlist. Although rooms are very clean and colourful, it is very run down and lacking in maintenance. The lift is only works when it wants to, the carpets are over worn and floor boards creak and are springy. For this reason, it is a rather...

Dear Robert, Thank you for you honest review and for your appreciation regarding our staff and level of cleanliness. Staff were pleasant and the room was a good size. Only downfall is the decor. I'm sure there were some health and safety issues as we found loose wires all around the hotel and the walls had a number of stains as did the carpet which was slightly ripped in our room. Ok to stay here but probably only for...

The hotel is situated in a convenient place for the BIC and the Pavillion /Pier. the reception/lobby and bar all looked really nice on arrival. we took the lift to our room, the lift is for 2 people only, two people plus bags is a very tight fit. once we stepped out of the lift into the corridor the musty...

Dear Rebecca, Thank you for taking your time to share your opinion about us. It is nice to hear you enjoyed our breakfast and the level of cleanliness in the room. On the other hand it sounds like elderly type of hotels with a specific character like ours are not exactly your thing so perhaps a new build hotel would...

This hotel is in a good location, not far from the seafront and town centre. Our room was spacious with a large on-suite bathroom, it was clean and well equipped except for the electric towel rail which did not work. We were on a 2 night special offer which included an evening meal and breakfasts, the evening meal was filling...

Very good value for 1 night including breakfast. Hotel would benefit from a little TLC but ultimately everything was fine. Good sized room, very comfortable bed, good leisure facility and friendly helpful staff. Walked into centre of Bournemouth in 15 minutes and plenty of free parking at the hotel. Breakfast was totally self service and there was a good selection...

Good room, bathroom could do with an update but everything worked well. Delicious food! lovely pool and leisure staff.
