Well me and my partner stayed here for two nights, honestly the place it's self you could see it was getting refurbished and that's cool, I'm sure it'll make the place feel a lot cleaner.. BUT the room that me and my partner had.. The bed had BLOOD over it - the pillows had blood over it and the blanket...

A spur of the moment decision to stay in Bournemouth for the night. Found The Ashleigh on line as one of the cheapest but also the highest rated accommodation. Good value for money, although not hugely accommodating for breakfast. When asked for items to be grilled and not fried, I was told that it would take too long to heat...

It's been interesting reading the reviews for the Ashleigh. So here's our story... First things first, I can confirm that myself and my girlfriend definitely were guests here and will be posting this review elsewhere or on more official/well known sites to make sure the managements requirements for legitimacy are met. So, my GF booked through Hotels.com I do believe...

This is a 5 minute walk from the station. Even though I had a room facing out onto the road, it wasn't too noisy. The room was a good size and a fairly comfortable bed. The shower was a little difficult to get to temperature and not too powerful and the toiletries were ok, but not the best. For the...

We stayed here for one night and were very impressed. When we arrived we were greeted by one of the owners, a very friendly lady, and given the key to our room. The room was small but suited us fine. It was clean and the bed was comfy. We visit Bournemouth frequently and we would use this hotel again.

Lovely room, great bed, all the necessities. A mile walk to the pier. Lovely pizza place nearby. Free parking on street if spaces. We were there for the running festival and would certainly stay again. Right by the train station too.

Lovely place just a few hundred yards from railway station. Don't get a taxi it too easy. However they will gladly take your money if you ask, Great little explanation of the history of the place, extremely clean and bright, great bed and shower in my room. Nice welcome, perfectly positioned for a good base to explore the town, but...

We booked for just one night and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and spacious room with ensuite bathroom. Lots of hot water with good pressure. Sadly breakfast wasn't included (I think the owner was recovering from an operation as she was wearing a plastic boot). Managed to park outside the hotel without any trouble. Great location for Bournemouth town centre...

We stayed here on the 31st July (we booked on the morning of our stay, as our hotel had double booked) We checked in at 4pm and was really surprised at how big the room was. We had two beds for the children and a huuuuge bed for us. So much so that our 3 year old wanted to sleep...
