DO NOT BOOK!!! Rooms smell of smoke and mould. Rooms were not cleaned at all from the previous guests, only thing they had done was made the bed. When we made a complaint once we returned home, we spoke to a very rude general manager named George, who was no help at all and actually questioned us about why we...

Cheap and cheerful hotel, friendly staff, helpful 24hr reception, good breakfast and clean enough. Very helpful and efficient in returning a shirt I'd left behind! This hotel is obviously no longer in its heyday but they're still doing a good job. Thanks again!

I recently stayed here with my partner for the night as we had tickets for an event at the BIC. Location to the BIC was just a few hundred yards so perfect for us! The room was £30 so we weren't expecting much. The staff seemed friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was very dated, paper peeling off the walls,...

Me and my brother wanted a cheap hotel to stay in for two nights during the Bournemouth air show. On arrival there was nobody in reception and it took about 20 minutes for someone to turn up after constantly ringing the bell. The hotel itself looks as though it's stuck in the 1960's and needs a much needed revamp. Our...

Room was large...

Ok so we were assigned this hotel as part of a hen do package. We expected budget but rooms had so many issues. My room dirty and so we're the others. Other people's hairs in the bath to name just a few of the issues. The night staff didn't care. The lady owner however cleaned our rooms again (said hair...

Myself and two of my sisters had booked this hotel for a Saturday night as we were going out for a birthday celebration. The location was brilliant and when we arrived the man on reception was so wonderful and helpful! He helped us carry our bags and nothing was too much trouble! All other staff we had met were lovely...
