Booked online ok - spent 5 days ringing hotel to confirm payment details, check in whilst being helpful was hamstrung by a policy i spent 5 days trying to ask about. Rooms clean but dated, heating on constantly. Hotel bar usually shut each evening and restaurant. Staff polite and friendly. High car park costs.

Cheap hotel. Alright reception. Room size is decent and location is great but honestly the worst bed I have ever "tried to" sleep in, in my life. The springs were sticking into us! Walls are so thin we could hear people doing the dirty all night too.

Basic hotel, but good value for money. Location is good ,on site parking at a very reasonable price, and the rooms are dated but kept very clean, all in all a good experience. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay, staff also very pleasant.

This hotel is in the perfect location. 2 mins walk to East beach, 10 minutes to town centre and west beach. The rooms are a little tired but very spacious. For a Britannia hotel the food was above average. Usually he veggie option is usually dry or bland but here that wasn't the case. The staff were all very friendly...

We booked the hotel as it was reasonably price for a hotel near the centre of Bournemouth. The hotel is a bit tired but good value. The staff made up for it. It was clean an an ideal location. The breakfast is an all you can eat buffet. The evening meal is also a buffet but limited choices. The bar...

On arrival at the hotel the reception was really nice, we were told that we had to pay for parking at £10 a night. When we went to the room we found hair in the bath and sink. The mattress was lumpy and you could feel the springs ( I have replaced mattresses that were in better condition at home)....

The Roundhouse Bournemouth review ( Room 320) (7/10) "Great value and space with the potential to develop staff service and room equipment" The atmosphere The atmosphere felt a little dry since the hosts did not exude any real enthusiasm or passion and appeared there to execute job obligations rather than to provide a fully fulfilling and satisfying service. The slowness...

Went here with a rugby club tour(i did`nt book it)and from the reviews i read on here was dreading it! It was clean, the service was excellent, the staff very helpful. It could do with a makeover its true and there is noise from the town. Its centrally located in the town centre and can cater for an under 15s rugby squad!...

Stayed two nights in 2016 room was tatty stained furniture and carpets. Furniture in reception also very worn.could have booked a much better hotel for less money, were charged per person not room so found it expensive for the grade of hotel.
