What a find !!! We got a Groupon Deal which included breakfast for £49 and loved our stay. Yes parts of the hotel looked tired but it is 200 years old you know !!!!!! Yes our bedroom floorboards squeezed but when asleep in our comfy bed it was just fine. We arrived late and ended up eating in the £9.95...

The price was very reasonable and this used to be one of the best 5 star hotels in Bournemouth. On arrival however valet parking added £20 to the bill. We arrived for B and B and had warned we could not check in until 7 pm which we did, but were told on arrival to book dinner if we wished...

you can tell the hotel would have been grand in the past but now unfortunately it looks really tired . We stayed 1 night in 2 rooms . Price was reasonable and rooms were large yet very dated. The cleaning could have been better as lots of dust and staining round plug holes etc let it down . Breakfast was...

We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Royal Bath. We stayed with friends and family and it was perfect. All of the rooms were really nice, the staff very friendly and the food really good. The hotel has character which we really enjoyed.

we stayed 2 nights last year and will not be coming back. the hotel has gone right down since being taken over and we have stayed in quite a few. they do not seem to want to spend any money on doing it up and the food and service needs a complete overhaul. for example dinner reminds you of being...

I paid £82 for a double room with breakfast via an online booking site, first the good.....staff were excellent and friendly from reception when we arrived, at night when we had a night cap at the bar through to...

My husband and I stayed on Saturday 31st January as a gift from our three children. On arrival we welcomed and directed to our room. Room had been newly decorated and would have had a perfect view had the main part of the window not been suffering from condensation thus obscuring the view. The room was clean today and warm....

Booked w/e away for our wedding anniversary. We arrived at hotel and booked in and was delighted to learn we had been upgraded to a suite! (at no charge!) The suite was lovely, cotton bedding, bathroom clean BUT towels were of poor quality and far too small!!! The dressing gowns provided were ok if you were super skinny too! The...

I didn't expect much for the price I paid. Room 82 was clean, small but OK AT 1st glance. However, it looked onto a courtyard which had a neon light on all night & had no blackout curtains - like trying to sleep in daylight. Room very hot, couldn't turn off radiator & couldn't open the window because someone could...
