Lovely grounds. Lovely staff. Rooms were disappointing as we paid for a gold room but could find nothing golden about it. Was comfortable but quite small. Heard this hotel was well known for its food but all my party agreed this was not the best we gave had. However, with all due respect we were reimbursed for the evening meals.

Stayed at the hotel for a week early August . The Staff are very nice, helpful and nothing is too much for them . The meals are excellent and rooms are very clean and tidy . The hotel is at the top of a hill and it is a good climb up to it but that should not put anyone...

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review and we are really pleased you enjoyed your stay so much. We pride ourselves on our service, delivered by great staff, and our lovely food. We are glad that you didn't find the hill up to the hotel a problem, however, if on your next visit, you decide...

We stayed at this hotel for one night in a standard room and for one night in a 'superior' room. The staff that greeted us at reception couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming. Our standard double room was elegantly furnished and the bathroom was fully modernised with a fab shower facility. The bed was extremely comfortable. The only issue...

We booked this hotel last minute. We decided to upgrade to a gold room. On arrival we were greeted with a very warm welcome and although early we were shown to our room which was very tastefully decorated and although a little smaller than we imagined it would be, it was perfectly suitable, with a distant sea view which was...

Lovely spot - good location just five minutes from the town. good size rooms. Lovely pools - the outdoor in particular. The service is top notch and the staff outstanding. Good evening entertainment too - plus a small 'cinema' - a nice touch. The downside? The restaurant. Good breakfasts but the evening meals frankly poor and not up to the...

First and foremost, the staff here are excellent. From the moment we stepped through the doors to the moment we left, they were all amazing. We arrived late from a long journey, just before last dinner sitting, yet the receptionist arranged for us to still have time to change and have dinner, walking us to our room, helping with luggage....

Nicely refurbed hotel close to centre of Torquay. Room was clean, shower excellent. We stayed in one of the rooms not in the main hotel building. A little noisy in the morning. Otherwise it was lovely. The only gripe we had was that the bar staff were rather rude.

If your off to Torquay, this hotel is a must. A most beautiful well kept building, clean immaculate. Staff are 10/10. My party of 9 did not have a bad word to say on stay. A very pleasing experience. The pools are well kept towels provided. The food is of a very high standard and cater for all diets. Entertainment is very...

We have just returned from a three day break at the Lincombe Hall Hotel. We arrived early but were shown straight to our room, offer of help with the baggage too. The staff were friendly throughout. We stayed dinner, bed and breakfast and enjoyed all meals. The entertainment on the Tuesday evening was really good, a male singer who really...
