We have just returned from a three day break at the Lincombe Hall Hotel. We arrived early but were shown straight to our room, offer of help with the baggage too. The staff were friendly throughout. We stayed dinner, bed and breakfast and enjoyed all meals. The entertainment on the Tuesday evening was really good, a male singer who really... More

Stayed at the hotel for a week from 7th June until the 14th June 2014 and as well as being operated to ensure all guests have the best possible time it is incredible value for money. Reading reviews before we went we were sceptical that other reviews we read could be all true but I can say everything written regarding... More

Stayed one night. Very clean, pleasant bedrooms, very good breakfast - constantly replenished, so not sitting on a hot plate for hours. Best thing about this hotel? - the very friendly, pleasant and helpful staff.

We have been here with a large group twice and the staff are fantastic. The hotel is amazing value for money and very grand. The staff are so friendly and helpful and many have been there for a few years and seem like one big family. Service is second to none and the food is outstanding. The hot tub and... More

The hotel is lovely with beautiful gardens. It is in a perfect location to walk to the harbour and town. Our room was gorgeous and very clean. The weather wasn't quite up to using the outdoor pool but we enjoyed using the small indoor pool and hot tub which was very hot! The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty and... More

Spent two weeks at Lincombe Hall, leaving last Sunday - this was the 3rd year running we have spent 2 weeks at this hotel and it didn't disappoint. We were in room 4 which is huge and with a view of the Torquay front. Everything about the room is excellent and it was always clean and tidy when we returned... More

It was a delight to stay here, it is so elegant. Honestly, I’d pay an entrance fee just to look round the building! It is a stunning house, sensitively restored to retain all of its 1920’s charm with 4* modern comforts. The bedroom and public lounges feel enormous, high ceilings and tall windows giving lots of light. The bed was... More

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is situated in a beautiful location (on a small hill ) and not far from the town centre. A lovely hotel with great facilities, very friendly service and very quiet. The rooms are well equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast offered plenty of choice and was very good, served by attentive staff. Would definitely... More

I find it very hard to believe that Lu F is reviewing the same hotel that I visited yesterday evening. The Lincombe Hall Hotel is a very warm, welcoming, well run hotel. It is spotlessly clean and tidy, decorated throughout with impeccable taste. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, every single member of staff I encountered were helpful... More
