My partner & I stayed here for 2 nights. We were very impressed by the warm welcome from Peter. He was so friendly, offered us a hot drink & we were checked in early. We stayed in the tastefully decorated Courtyard Suite which had it's own secret garden. The breakfast was delicious. Having stayed in many B&B's this one stands...

Well what a beautiful place to stay .we arrived to a lovely welcome off Pete the owner such a lovely friendly man .our room was stunning everything you needed was in there even the a iron .Breakfast was wonderful so much choice and lots of it can't wait to go back to see Pete sand Helen his wife .well done...

New owners this time Peter was very friendly and helpful looks like they are carrying on the tradition of give first class service and excellent quality. Nothing was to much of a problem and any request was dealt with without any fuss Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

Checked into The Somerville for a night recently and was pleasantly surprised. From the welcome from Peter and Helen to the time we left, the stay well exceeded expectations. First night in the Somerville a weekend away to recharge batteries after a hard 3 or 4 months, by far the best bed and breakfast we have ever been to beautiful suite if breakfast is comparable with the rest of the bed and breakfast we will not be dissapointed. 5 star definately

Lovely place stayed in room on ground floor, nice and quiet. Left car in carpark and walked into town each night. Breakfast was amazing. Hosts very welcoming and cake and real milk available. Would recommend.

After a horrible journey down the M5 on a Friday eve, we arrived at The Somerville hotel. We were greeted by Peter the proprietor who was very friendly an offered us a welcome drink with him. The room was lovely and cosy, it had fluffy dressing gowns and complimentary slippers. There was everything in the room that you may need...

Had two nights at the Somerville. A most pleasant experience. Our hosts welcomed us into their home, Peter greeted us and made us comfortable in our room, he was very helpful with information on where to eat and the attractions to visit during our stay. Helen produced the most excellent of choices of breakfasts, cooked freshly to order, and also...

Hosts Pete and Helen were very friendly. Room was lovely and warm for November evenings. Bed very Comfy .Breakfast was fabulous. Extras such as sweets in your bedroom and homemade cake in the afternoon to help yourself to was a fab idea. Overall a fantastic experience.

Excellent friendly hosts, first class rooms, service and quality of food all freshly cooked, beautiful setting well kept gardens. A wonderful feeling of rest and relaxation. Well done Helen and Peter!
