We have just stayed at 74 Belgravia in Torquay and it was faultless. We paid £54 B&B and didn't really expect much for that price. We were very pleased with the room. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance of the town. Breakfast the next day was also...

Booked for 2 nights only ended up staying for one night and left. The room was nice enough but there was no shower gel or shampoo and when we asked for it we were given left over ones that previous customers had left as stated by Trevor himself. I cannot understand why people have put on here 'breakfast was great'???...

These guests stuck in my mind somehow....most people bring their own toiletries but not these....turned their noses up at our free ones.....we are not here to provide crockery and cutlery for indian takeaways....most guesthouses do not allow it at all...inevitably they spilt their curry all over our white bedlinen...glad they only stayed one night

Just come back from a couple of nights stay at 74Belgravia. Very pleased with the B&B, rooms are very clean and rates are reasonable. Brilliant location, near to the seafront, shops etc. Breakfast was great and the dining room was as clean and nicely decorated as the rest of the B&B. The only drawback was the parking, which others have...

Everything about this b&b is excellent, the location, the food, the price and Trevor is very helpful, and there is plenty of free parking behind the hotel, Trevor was kind enough to jump in my car and show me. Me and the wife had a great time and will be coming back again very soon.

We have just returned from 8 days at this B & B, we went with 2 friends. Trevor was very helpful and the waitress Lisa also deserves a mention, she was lovely. Breakfast was very good and good selection.

Our private parking area is similar in size to other guesthouses in this road ( 3 spaces). The roads behind our property can take 50-60 cars and it is always possible to find a space with no cost involved. I believe a small carpark is a price worth paying to stay in a period property built in 1875

Enjoyed my stay at the 74Belgravia and would recommend it to all. The room was clean and well decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable and I had an excellent night’s sleep in a quiet room at the back of the property We definitely be returning when in the area.

the hotel was in a great location for me: close to the coach station. And it's really close to the sea front as well. Just a little walk downhill. I stayed only for 1 night in a single room which happened to be the first room by the entrance door, and didn't stay in the hotel much, as I went...

“room number 1 is the first one by the entrance door. I wasn't disturbed much by people coming back later than I did though. But if you have a very light sleep, you might want to avoid it as you will hear the door open and close. The window is at the back of the hotel, so you don't hear the cars pass by.”
