Veronica, Tom and Mary are such friendly helpful hosts who provide spotlessly clean rooms and an amazing breakfasts every morning. Nothing is too much trouble and we will certainly not stay anywhere else when we come back to Torquay. Well done Team Norwood you made our holiday very special.

We were so impressed by our last stay here that we returned. The rooms were warm and comfortable, the breakfast excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. Being able to take our dog was a particular strength. We had an amazing stay and for us this is certainly the best hotel we've stayed in.

Suffice to say we will be booking again next year. If you enjoy a good breakfast this is the place for you. Considering that we were the only guests staying...
