This is our third visit at The Norwood to stay with Veronica, Tom and Mary and each time we are blown away by how friendly and hospitable they are. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and warm and nothing is too much trouble for the owners. The choice and quality of the breakfasts is something that brings us back again... More

The room was extremely clean and with very nice quality linens. Breakfast was big and with plenty of choices, many of them very healthy and delicious. The best part of the stay was probably meeting the owners, the ladies were extremely sweet and accommodating. I have never met such caring, loving hosts, they were so thoughtful that they even got... Amazing stay at the Norwood. We took our dog with us and she was treated like us!! Excellent room, big comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing. Chocolate bar for us and treat for the dog each day after our room was cleaned. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend and would go back

We recently returned from another excellent stay at The Norwood. It is our 5th visit in total and the 4th on the trot. Breakfast is bostin' (Black Country term). Hosts are warm and friendly people, rooms are clean and spacious, and we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Torquay. Well done once again to Tom and Veronica and Mary.

The proprietors here will pull out all the stops to make your stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. My wife and I stayed for two nights arriving 9.30pm on the Friday. It was pouring with rain and the owners greeted us , helped us outside with our luggage to the hotel and again outside with the parking arrangements.... More
