We were warmly and cheerfully greeted on arrival and when we asked if we could be served breakfast half an hour earlier than the scheduled time, we were advised this was no problem. In fact breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. And so to our King Double Room. This was bright and airy, looking out onto the main...

Hi, Thank you for your kind review however regarding your comments about the mold in the bathroom. The bathroom is bleached regularly and the marks you are referring to are where the grout has been worn away and shows the side of the tiles which are terracotta colour. Each year we re grout the tiles and the cleaner cleans so...

I booked my elderly parents into the Palms Hotel for a weeks stay at the end of September after phoning to check on access and parking as at nearly 80 years and 85 years my parents are fit and active but not mountaineers! I was assured that they would have no problems with direct access to the hotel but would...

The hotel is as shown on the photos where it is clear it is up steps to the entrance, We did speak on the phone about access and we changed rooms so they could have the lowest floor possible. We also have on our web site an access statement and we state not for people with walking problems. We would...

There are two spaces immediately behind the hotel (in front, there is just the terraced garden and the road with double yellow lines) but when those spaces are taken (or if you have a longer than average car) you have to go up the...

Lovely b&b ran by a lovely couple. Been to torquay for the last 4 years for a long weekend and this was the closest to the harbour being an easy 5 min stroll to everything. Nice clean room no 4 (4 poster bed) with a lovely outlook. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and hot. Would deff go back one day.
