The hotel is well kept, comfy, and very clean, the owners Viv and Gary are genuinely friendly and helpful where they can be. The location is perfect being just out of town but only minutes walk from the pubs, restaurants, shops, the harbour/marina and buses for days out. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast excellent, if we are ever down...

This was our 2nd stay, last stayed here 2 years ago. Everything was as we remembered. Place is spotless, hosts super friendly and an excellent breakfast. Add to that the excellent location and there's no reason to go anywhere else. We will definitely be back again.

A brilliant central location. Room was generous and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfy and room was airy. Had a very warm welcome from the proprietor who showed us where everything was. Breakfast was generous with a good choice. All in all a fab stay. Thank you

Lovely hotel, rooms small but very well decorated and spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and very good value for money. Very close to town and harbour and plenty of eating places nearby. Highly recommended,

We stayed here last night for the one night. As soon as we arrived, the host was very welcoming, showed us around the hotel and told us every bit of information we needed to know. Room was excellent, huge and comfortable bed. Teas and coffees were provided, along with a book with information about the area including restaurants, it was...

This hotel is one of my first choices when visiting Torquay but because of its popularity I can very rarely get a booking. Lovely stay again. Breakfast lovely - absolutely perfect poached eggs!!! Outside noise was a little loud during the night but that is hardly the fault of the proprietors, and is a small price to pay for being...

We spend there 3 days.We had room with very comfortable super kingsize bed.We like our room but there are very thin walls because i heard loud snoring next door neighboor(thanks that I had earplugs).Breakfast was delicious but I don't like dining room(Tables for two people were incredibly small,no space).Good locations(5 mins to town,3 mins to watherspoon pub and opposite is...

Having driven 300 miles. What a welcome, driving into Torquay my phone rings, it's Viv, "Just checking to see where you are". I said that we were on the Babbacombe Road, she said to just pull up outside opposite the hotel, waiting for us at the roadside was Gary who carried our luggage inside. Hotel is right near the Town...

The moment we were greeted by the owners of Hotel Peppers we knew we would have a nice stay. My partner and I have stayed in Torquay on many occasions and this was our first time in such a central location. Town is a stone throw away and it was so nice to be able to walk so freely into...

Just come back from spending 3 days at Hotel Peppers, the owner Gary had rung my partner the night before we went and said he would pick us up at the railway station, which we both thought was a very nice gesture. He took us to the hotel and showed us around the lounge and dining room then took us...
