Stayed for a week in September 16. A small Family run hotel who go out of their way to help. Breakfast was excellent, well done to Gary who cooks and Sean who serves. Room was clean and pleasant. Well positioned for Torquay town and harbour. Free Car parking tight. Stairs a challenge for the less mobile.

My boyfriend and I stayed her over the August Bank Holiday and we really thought it was a superb little Hotel / B&B. We had room 3 which is very nicely decorated, incredibly clean and comfortable. It is a bit of a heat trap even with the fan on and window open but not uncomfortable. Breakfast is always really well...

The hotel itself looks tatty and is in great need of a spruce up! When leaving I heard another a family moaning about their stay and how unhappy they were with their...

Lovely B&B. Very friendly welcome, even had my room ready for early check in. Bathroom a little small but it was no problem. Really comfortable bed, very quiet. Great breakfast to see me off as well. If I'm ever back down that way I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Thank you.

We stayed a week, being so close to all the amenities it is ideally situated. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the service is excellent throughout. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever eaten and the service was polite and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.
