Stayed for one night for business seminar following day. Hotel very dated. Wine for cheap bottle very expensive. Breakfast not the best with raw tomato, soft saute, mushrooms cold and with 3 tables being occupied we waited some 10 minutes to be served. Had no sleep due to constant traffic all night keeping me awake. Stayed at best western around...

The location of the hotel is excellent. Plenty of car parking but also on the local transport routes. The staff were excellent - nothing was too much trouble. The food quality and presentation was first class as were the choices available. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was restful and relaxing.

This is our thirteenth year, at this hotel. Why do we always go back. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful, and they a have very smart dress code. Stunning sea view. The bedrooms are always clean and tidy.

The staff are outstanding nothing was too much trouble. If you walk its about 30mins from Torquay 5 mins drive. We really enjoyed our stay...

We came for an evening meal on my husbands birthday. Excellent friendly service from all the staff from the minute we walked through the door. The menu was excellent and served on piping hot plates and tasted wonderful. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a quality evening.
