The noise from the pub downstairs was unbelievable. From when we arrived at approx 3pm all day and night, it was incredible. Directly below our room. Reception staff's response: 'well it is Bank Holiday Sunday' and that 'most people go out'!! Impossible to hear each other speak in the room without shouting. Literally like we were by the speaker. Ended...

Good bits - the view across the bay plus towels and bedlinen were clean. Bad bits -pretty much everything else! The room and hotel was worthy of £25 a night but it cost £100. Our room was very cold when we arrived and when we complained we were told the heating only came on in quarter of an hour (4.30)...

Although we only stayed for one night, we found the Hotel to be very comfortable, And the Staff very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble to them. There was entertainment in the Bar, while we were there, but that finished on the dot of 10.00pm, and the place was really quiet after that. The food was good,...

The hotel is lovely and clean, The staff are very helpful and very polite nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend this...

This hotel was in a nice location, the staff were friendly, room was very spacious and clean. The only downfall was the very loud music coming from the bar downstairs. Our room was right above the beer garden so it was very noisy at night. Great for youngsters but not so good for people looking for a peaceful break

Our party of 12 were booked into The Heritage for one night, the rooms are, as some say a little dated, however they were very clean. We all had a meal and sat in the conservatory area with lovely views over Torre Abbey sands and beyond to Paignton, everyone enjoyed their meals. The continental breakfast was very good with the...

Our party of 8 booked into the Heritage, one reason was it was close to town centre and even closer to the ex RAFA club. We arrived and first impressions of the outside were very nice, smallish car park but a large public park next door. The decor was a little dated in places but very clean. All the staff made us...

The sink had hairs in the plughole, the bed sheets and mattress had a strange smell to them, I lifted up the bed sheets and the mattress was covered in brown and yellow stains, disgusting! I ordered a cup of coffee which was given to me with a red lipstick stain around the rim as it had not been washed...
