A real find in Plymouth, only booked for a one night stay to attend a gig at the Pavilions. Centrally located. Greeted by James who remembered my name from the booking. Taken up to room 8, pleasantly surprised. A good size double and en suite, all really clean and tidy. Like the little touches of bottles of water as well...

We visited the guest house for a one night trip to Plymouth. The owner was very friendly on our arrival and was very accommodating. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the rooms were very nicely decorated, ensuite facilities were also extremely clean. Location was very good for a short walk to the lower end of town with the barbican...

My daughter stayed here on an applicants day at Plymouth University. She found the owners extremely friendly. Her room was very cosy with a nautical theme and breakfast was delicious. I will stay here in the future. She recommends it highly.

What a lovely quaint guest house. Was greeted by owner James and checked in within minutes. Room had everything you need to enable a great stay. Unfortunately I tried up on an evening out and was rushed to hospital. The owners were so caring and looked after my things till I was discharged. Can't wait to stay again and this...

All hotel's get given the information - it's what they do with it that makes a difference. He also provided...

Lovely place and the owners are both brilliant. Very comfortable room and great breakfast. Location is really handy and near to the town centre and Hoe. Not much more you can ask for! Will definitely be staying here in future whenever I visit Plymouth.

My boyfriend and I stayed here just for one night. We were quite late in arriving at 10.30pm but we rang ahead and it wasn't a problem. The bed was so so comfy, we both had one of the best nights sleep we have had in ages. Breakfast the next morning was very nice with a good selection. Just a...

What a little gem. inexpensive, very welcoming, spotlessly clean, great facilities in room (plenty of milk and coffee),great breakfast. Parking not a problem and 2 minutes from the front, 10 minutes from the Hoe. With my room I shared a bathroom which was no problem and spotless-great shower. Found a base for future visits .
