Stayed at the hotel with friends. We booked a triple room, the room was massive with two singles and a double bed. It felt like a luxurious treat staying hear. We also had breakfast which was excellent quality with a great choice. This hotel was also excellent value for money.

The room I was in costed 124 pounds/night which sound like not a very cheap room. However the room was just quite simple and ordinary. Moreover it was cold in there and the heating didnt work despite I tried to turn it on. The shower gel in the bathroom didnt work, no any nice holet stuff as cute shampoos, soaps... More

I stay at this hotel regularly for work, and since it has been refurbished, the rooms are lovely and comfortable. The staff are always more happy to help (Charlie has been excellent), and the food is great - especially loving the new menu! Thank you!

Nice central hotel, with very modern rooms and nice facilities. Very enjoyable short stay with convenient parking next door and only a short walk from the Barbican. It's on the main road, but didn't hear any of the traffic from my room on the front of the hotel

Stayed here for two nights on business. The rooms have been refurbished and are of a good quality. The sleep quality is good, although thoughtless guests slamming doors may disturb you, not the hotel's fault, but soft close mechanisms would reduce this. Breakfast is the standard one expects in chain hotels, that said it was plentiful and the staff maintained... More

stayed here on a Monday night with business - friendly staff clean modern room - I have also stayed here with family for a weekend good location and £11 for 24 hours car parking is not bad for a city centre although they do an overnight rate if leaving town after checking out

I stayed here on a work trip. The hotel was convenient, clean, spacious and cost effective , with a conveniently located car park facility. An ideal place to stay in Plymouth, that is well worth considering.

We found the staff were able to recommend places to go and things to do in Plymouth during our stay. With the hotel being centrally located and only a few minutes walk from the Barbican and Hoe we were able to pack quite a lot into our mini-break. Car parking was a little difficult to find but once sorted, the... More

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting our son who is a student at Plymouth Uni. Very well located. Easy walk to the Barbican and to the Hoe and all the attractions Rooms adequate although stuffy at the night because our air con unit wasn't working properly and we couldn't open the window. All in all a very nice place... More
