Hotel is in good spot overlooking harbour, easy enough to find even though on google maps it is put where the other hotel is. On arrival two members of staff were smoking by the main door talking loudly odd swear word, this might sound trivial but it coloured the stay poorly. Check in ok room very good clean overlooked harbour...

Stayed here before, as normal well trained welcomimg staff and great team keeping a very clean comfortable Hotel. The introduction of charging for the car park is disappointing as it obviously takes the costs up....does happen st a couple of nearby Hotels as well.

Been here before it's a good location and clean Positives fair price near harbour, clean Negatives vegetarian food choice limited (but lots of choice around harbour), rooms road side noisy, car park is often full and have to park in premier inn next door (but only 5 min walk),

Third time I've stayed there. Insufficient number of parking spaces for the capacity of the hotel. Also you now have to pay £5 per day to park. Sound insulation between floors is not brilliant. Worst part of our stay is the congregation of smokers who gather outside the main door, you cannot avoid having to walk through them to enter...

Location is perfect for shopping and The Pavillions. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was made to order instead of buffet which we preferred. We were a bit too hot in the night but otherwise a lovely overnight stay and we won't hesitate to stay again. Added bonus of onsite parking.

Stayed at this hotel three times during 2016, using it as a base for house hunting. If Plymouth is your destination, then this hotel is perfect. The hotel is situated close to the Sutton Harbour marina, with all its restaurants and bars. Ample parking and an enthusiastic staff typical of Premier Inn. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as one...

We have visited Plymouth almost every year since living there for a year in the 1950s. We look forward to seeing all the new buildings. We remember when the first shops were opened at Xmas 1954 - that was a long time ago - in fact some of those buildings have already been taken down and replaced.

Very rare to find two Premier Inn side by side but Sutton Harbour would be top for me. The built in Cafe Bar would be a million miles better than the shambles of Lockyer Quay Table Table, long waits, wrong orders, negligent staff ignored customers all witnessed on a quiet Sunday evening. Sutton Harbour Premier Inn good room good staff.

Nice big clean room with a small tv, air conditioning didn't really work, luckily window opened to let in a draft but wouldn't like to have no air conditioning in summer! overall not a bad stay at all but been to nicer premier inns!

We were visiting Plymouth for the weekend primarily to visit the University for our daughters future enrollment and the Premier Inn was one of 2 hotels next to each other and fairly close to the university. The Inn is situated in what appears to be a rather run-down part of the city, very close to a fishing boat wharf at...
