Appreciated the warm and friendly welcome by Andy and Dot and also Andy's information on things to see and places to eat. Breakfasts were excellent and the whole place had a great character. Nothing was too much trouble. Secure parking provided was a bonus. Gardens were a credit to Dot and Andy. Have recommended Chester House to fellow Aussies who...

We stayed for one night prior to getting a very early ferry. Andy and Dot couldn't have been more welcoming after a very long trip and recommended a really good local restuarant. Really good cooked breakfast at 6am so we could catch the ferry. Secure parking and clean and spacious room - perfect for us and would go back again.

If we were to visit Plymouth, we will definitely stay here again. Excellent breakfast!! Parking is more secure than Bank of England!!! Andy and Dol are a lovely and friendly couple. Our first stay in B&B and we feel at home. Andy gives very precise road direction! Most of all, we really appreciate the welcoming tea after the long drive.
