We stayed for a Saturday night. The welcome from reception was excellent. Parking on the street or in their car park. Two really nice lounges and a bar plus snacks etc. We had a superior room with bay window, two seats and a very comfortable bed and duvet. The ensuite was smallish but good for us with a powerful shower...

The reception staff very friendly clearly a sense of pride at the newly extended premises, I noted a little sign about stairs " we know we've a lot of them" - seriously they weren't kidding!!!...

I stayed here with a friend primarily to watch a live concert at the Pavilions. I was so impressed with the hotel! The hotel and our room was immaculate, bedrooms and bathrooms well equipped. Beds were so comfortable, I think they had memory foam mattresses! Staff could not of been more helpful or friendly, offering to call us taxis and...

I stayed here on business and couldn't face another chain hotel so booked into the Grosvenor, what a breath of fresh air! Beautifully tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast included in the incredibly reasonable price. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Will definitely come again when I'm next back in Plymouth.

The beds were very comfortable and the linen beautifully clean. There was a never ending supply of hot water. Parking was easy and accessible. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Great value for money. Would...

I stayed here last night for one night in room #2, a family room on the ground floor which I shared with my daughter and her friend after going to a concert at The Pavillions. The room was immaculately clean, as was the bathroom. The view wasn't great as it looked out over the rear of the building and adjacent...

i stayed on October 2014 with my sister, whilst visiting relations in Plymouth. After a long journey, the bedroom was clean and the beds and pillows lovely. We were very comfortable. The included breakfast was superb and certainly set us up for the day. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
