Stayed for 2 very enjoyable nights at the end of October. Everything and more that a city hotel should be, with the bonus of being less than 100 metres from The Hoe. Check in was a breeze, the receptionist was friendly and extremely helpful. She offered to go and look if there was a free parking spot available round the...

Stayed here for one night only but can say that it is a great little hotel. Everything was really nice. From check in, to departure the staff were very helpful and friendly, even chilled our wine in there bar fridge for us.The room was excellent, couldn't fault it. Ideally situated for the town, especially the casino!

This is the perfect hotel as 2 min walk to Plymouth Hoe and less then 10 min walk to the city centre. Welcomed with a smile and local information and the staff were always smiling and happy to help. Rooms were basic in decor but beds were comfortable and tea making facilities also available. Free parking on a first come...

I am glad that I read the reviews for this place before I booked it! It is a little cracker. I checked in bang on 6pm and got a parking spot right outside the front door so I didn't have to buy a ticket and didn't have to park around the back of the hotel! Check in was swift and...

I stayed at the Grosvenor in October. Comfortable, very clean and staff helpful. Location absolutely perfect as within a few minutes walk of the main shops and restaurants and practically on the Hoe. I booked one of the Penthouse rooms and found it absolutely fine and the bathroom large, if a little functional, not luxurious - but then I didn't...

I stayed here for four nights. Staff very welcoming. Room immaculately clean. Breakfast was worth waking up early for. This hotel is within adequate walking distance to the city and the local theatres. Nothing to criticize.

thought I would treat myself to a " penthouse luxury room " . found the car park but most inconvenient that we are not allowed entry from the back door , had to walk all the way round which is quiet far if carrying bags or raining . Hotel looks newly refurbished , nicely done . I had room 12...

I will first off start with the good points as indeed there were. Hotel is well situated right on the Hoe and parking was a dodle and cheap. Hotel was well decorated, modern and clean with good use of space for bar etc. Welcome was good and everything explained. Room sizes leave something to be desired though. Booked a superior...

When I need to stay in Plymouth I tend to ask my colleagues who know the area better than I do where they would recommend. They tend to huff and puff and suggest somewhere in Exeter. Clearly they have not tried this hotel which I will certainly try again. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were excellent,...

Just two nights over the weekend, stayed in September. Big, clean room. Good sleep, quiet and no noise from outside. Ensuite had a good shower. The price included breakfast and it was very good value. Would recommend this hotel.
