Have always stayed here when we come to visit family. We haven’t stayed for couple of years and when we came back nothing has changed. Always friendly staff, good parking, fantastic breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms. Good value. Will definitely be back there soon.

This hotel, next to The Hoe, is a really nice hotel. Friendly staff and the room I stayed in was very nice. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Only issue was the paper thin wall between my room and the one next door. I could make out virtually every word being spoken in the

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a good review! I'm really pleased you found the staff friendly and the room comfortable. I'm sorry you were disturbed by the people in the room next door. The hotel is a converted Victorian building and unfortunately not as sound proofed as we would like. There are quieter rooms on higher floors which can be requested if you hopefully decide to stay with us again on any future visits to Plymouth. Jo Caswell General Manager

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm glad that in general you enjoyed your stay with us. In answer to some of your points: It's Winter and we have had a cold spell so the heating is on in the Hotel, but you are able to regulate the heat in your room. If it was a bit warm for you in your room you are able to turn the radiator off. Even though the windows have safety catches on them, they do open fully. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the breakfast. We are often praised for our breakfasts so that's disappointing to hear. We source as many ingredients as locally as possible, and are all breakfasts are cooked to order. The sausages are from Devon and are honey-roasted chipolatas; they were unfortunately not to your taste. We provide fibre broadband and there are routers situated all over the hotel. If you had contacted Reception about the WiFi not working we could have solved this with a phone call to the provider who are contactable 24/7. I hope you decide to give us another chance to make your stay more comfortable on your next visit to Plymouth. Jo Caswell General Manager

Hello. As with most of the rooms at the Grosvenor the rooms aren't a uniform shape and size so they can vary. On the whole our single rooms are generally quite small though. They all have a single 3" bed, desk, wardrobe and ensuite facilities. Many thanks, Paul.
