We were met by the proprietor, who was pleasant and offered to help me with my baggage up to the 3rd floor. The two nights we stopped over were comfortable. The room was clean and well furnished. The breakfast in the morning was of a high standard and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue I had was the parking...

We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us. To clarify our layout for future guests, we have one guest room on the ground floor, all of the others are on the first or second floors and we're happy to help with bags when needed. The car park isn't overly generous in manoeuvring space it's true, but we're generally able to...

A lovely bed and breakfast in a fantastic location. We arrived about 10am on the friday as we're were staying for a long weekend for my husbands birthday and we able to park in the car park immediately which was a real bonus. It's a stones throw from the Hoe and a few minutes walk to the Barbican. The rooms...

I stayed here with a few friends when visiting for another friends 40th, I had a double room and I would recommend staying here. The room was clean and tidy and everything was where you would expect it to be. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. I missed the breakfast on the first night but I had...

My partner and I stayed for four nights while visiting the area. We didn't realise how well located the B&B was. At the end of the road you find yourself on the beautiful promenade at the Hoe looking out over the Plymouth Sound. You are also a short walk from areas like the Barbican and other tourist spots. The owners...

Booked here last minute for MTV Crashes Plymouth in July for a very reasonable price considering everywhere else close by was fully booked or ridiculously expensive. We weren't disappointed, friendly welcome and all the staff we saw were lovely and chatty. The rooms were lovely and breakfast was good with a couple of different options. Great location close to the...

We were just so lucky. We were trying to get a room for four day stay without success. We then contacted one of the 'comparison sites' and were very lucky to snaffle the best room at Number One (due to a late cancellation). As a rule and if they exist, my wife and I normally stay in a four or...

As usual there was a very warm welcome and a very clean room to look forward to. We are long time visitors and have admired the constant care and attention we receive. The new owners are putting their stamp on the décor and making a very good job of it. The breakfast is always good and the atmosphere is always...

We frequently visit Plymouth due to a work commitment and cannot imagine a better or more comfortable base. Our room is always comfortable and immaculate. A delicious breakfast is freshly cooked for each guest and we find it sustains us for the rest of the day! The city centre, Theatre Royal and Hoe are a very short walk away. The...
