Thank you for a lovely few days away. very clean, lovely people and we would definitely return here next time we're in Lynton, Devon. We had a perfect view at the front of the guest house from our balcony.

Welcomed on arrival with a local pot of tea by the fire. Room was cosy spacious, warm and we had an amazing view. Breakfast is included and we thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the home made jams. The B&B is situated within walking distance of the high street,pubs and shops. The owners are able to recommend where to go for tea...

Had a lovely overnight stay here. Interesting pitch pine doors and stairs. Lovely room, clean and with tea and coffee making facilities with delicious biscuits. Room and bed were very comfortable and the ensuite was beautifully clean. In the morning my wife and I had the full English breakfast was delicious with quality products. Tthis is the 2nd time we have visited Gable Lodge this year and we received the same warm welcome from Ann and Dave they are super hosts and nothing is too much trouble. Everything was as we would have hoped the room was comfortable the food good and they have a welcoming lounge to relax in. I have no hesitation...

We loved this place from the moment we pulled up outside, Dave our host met us with tea and biccies and from then on both he and Anne his wife where really welcoming and made our stay special, little touches like a card on the day of our anniversary and a candle on the table for our evening meal where...

Stayed for 2 nights at an excellent price. Cannot fault anything. The owners are the nicest people and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are lovely with excellent views and the breakfast is fantastic. If you dont stay here you are definitely missing out!

We are keen to protect both the local and wider environment and are delighted to have won the  Devon Federation of Small Businesses 2009 Award for Environmental Responsibility. We hold a 5 star hygiene rating from North Devon Council. Gable Lodge Guest House is a grade 2 listed Victorian building close to all the attractions and amenities within the town. Lynton is ideally placed to give you the best of both the North Devon Coast and the Exmoor National Park and is linked to its twin town of Lynmouth by the famous water powered cliff railway. Gable Lodge Guest House is open all year and has 6 en-suite bedrooms, 4 double rooms, 1 twin / family room and 1 large family room. All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, bottled water, mini-fridge with fresh milk, new flat screen tv with inbuilt dvd plaver, radio alarm with ipod docking and hairdryer .
